The Nobel Prize in Physics 2008

The Nobel Prize in physics this year goes to three theoretical particle physicists. If someone should want to ask me exactly what they did, here's one thing I can say without hesitation:

I don't have any idea. It sounds interesting, but it's way over my head.

Maybe some of us will understand it in a couple of years.
